All my cakes are Home baked with fresh ingredients. You can choose our popular Lemon flavoured cakes filled with Lemon butter icing made with fresh organic lemons.

Also available are the following flavours, all filled with butter icing if you desire
         Vanilla
         Coffee
         Chocolate

Flavours and fillings can be mixed and matched to your taste.
Vanilla cakes can also come with a Jam filling.

Another favourite is the Fruit cake with a Caribbean touch. Even non fruit cake lovers have succumbed to the taste of my absolutely yummy fruit cake experience!

…wedding cakes

I love working with Ribbons, Fabrics, and Silk flowers as there is so much creative scope to work with. Fresh flowers can be used BUT they cannot be in contact with the cake for Food Hygiene reasons (flowers grown commercially are habitually sprayed with nasty pesticides to rid them of things which might eat them or kill diseases. These chemicals may also be hazardous to people if in contact with icing). Fresh fruit can also be used on your cake as they really do add a very colourful touch.

Unfortunately, due to the amount of time it takes to make realistic sugar flowers, I do not make sugar flowers.
