Dear Shola

Thank you so much for the lovely birthday cake that you made for our Mother ... at such short notice. Mummy loved it, we all did. As might be expected, all the detail on the cake was noted by everyone at the family gathering ... just in case one of us missed something! My brother duly took pictures of the cake from different angles, and my sister tried to cut the cake leaving as much detail intact as possible!

Apart from the obvious qualities that we enjoyed about the cake ... the taste, the gardening theme, the colours, the icing, the richness, two unexpected words that came to my mind were 'immaculate' and 'classy'.

We wish you all the best in your cake-making business. And as we say in 'Naiga', we are now your 'costomah'!

Feedback from a KIDS cake-decorating workshop over the summer

S orry I missed you today!!

Down to business - So far I have only got feedback from the kids (most important!). - "it was fun", "We made loads of animals", " we made birthday cakes for our parents", we had fun, Dupe, you missed out!" - These were their remarks.

Staff - Shola was very professional, excellent and well informed on what she had to offer, engaged the kids all the time, first impressions were tops! -These were the 2 ladies' remarks.

Myself - didn't see you in action, but being a caterers daughter and as I have been involved in her business from a very young age, I appreciate baking/cooking etc. - What stood out for me was the impressing fact that you actually home baked the fairy cakes! the decor was fab! but the fact that you didn't think of just buying the Tesco value fairy cakes...that won me over big time! well done!
